Time is Running Out

Tanya ~ Psychic Life Coach Medium Mentor at BeyondMind.Space

You’ve heard it before.

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably been feeling (or felt) this way for decades already.
I guess time is still running out then…
I wonder how far it’s got? 🙃
How does “not having enough time,” or the thought, “time is running out” make you feel?
Anxious, stressed, panicked, overwhelmed, angry, helpless, hopeless, depressed?
All of the above?
Do these feelings, or states of being, make your experience of your day or life any better?

~ ~ ~

What if I said that “time” has already run out?
If all the wonderful things you’re doing aren’t enough, would you stop doing them, knowing that it’s already too late?

I don’t think you would.
I’m not going to.
It’s kind of why we’re here.
One seemingly small shift in individual consciousness (a change in beliefs, thoughts and behaviour), necessitates a shift in the collective consciousness.
Some of us may see and feel those shifts more easily than others.
Changes and transformation are already happening. They’ve already happened.
Right now.
Time has already run out.
It’s already too late.

~ ~ ~

So let’s begin to weave some compassion into the story.

Pat yourselves on the back for being so amazing; for all that you have already done; and for all the wonderful things and “work” (aligning of thought, word, and action) that you have yet to do…
…and from this place of joy-filled BEing, solutions not previously before presented, nor currently known, may just pop up and say “hello!”
Thank you for BEing.
Here and now.

Powerful Post-its

I was scrolling down my Instagram feed, being reminded of precious moments…
Tanya ~ Psychic Life Coach Medium Mentor at BeyondMind.Space
This was at the Design Indaba Expo in Cape Town in 2012.

There was a big design installation – a central wall with Post-it notes – where visitors were invited to add their ideas to the wall.

The question asked was something like, “What future do you see?”

My response was…

I was contemplating how, by having a positive seed/s of intent firmly planted within our hearts, we each have the opportunity to create a reality (and the collective power to create a world) with Love at its core.
I’m talking about BIG and BOLD Love with a capital “L”; unconditional and willing to serve.
This Love may represent part of a trio, magically interweaving with Power and Wisdom.
This Power is not intent on controlling and forcing; nor seeking attention, praise or recognition.
This Wisdom comes from letting go of what is learned and “known” (the old story), and in courageously embracing and walking the unknown.
I see these three elements (Love, Power and Wisdom) – or perhaps characteristics or manifestations of G-D / Creation / The All / DAO etc – as being part of our True Selves with just one wish… to express ITSELF through our pure hearts.

With that in mind, some questions for self-reflection and/or sharing…

  • If your heart was a Post-it note, what positive reminder would you write on it?
  • Or, put another way, what seed/s have you planted within your heart?
  • How do you nourish those seeds each day?
  • And, in this now-moment, what wishes to be expressed through your beautiful heart into our beloved world?

Thank you for BEing here now, and for expressing yourself so beautifully, just as you are.

Reclaim Your Power

Many thoughts rear their not-so-pretty heads when we feel a sense of helplessness.  When we’re affected by events beyond our control, we tend to feel “out of control”.
Worry, fear, and anxiety may consume more of our headspace than we’d care to admit.  They may have already kicked out peace of mind, and taken up permanent residence.

Find your balance and gain your sense of control.

First off is defining what “control” means.  It’s different for each of us.
For some, control may be exerting undue force, power or influence over others in an effort to be, and remain, in power and control.  This is “control” at its most negative and destructive, as it suppresses and impedes the free will of others.
Some of us may need to constantly make plans, or want to know what’s going to happen next.  This brings assurance of a future and continued life.  Excessive thoughts about a future, that hasn’t happened, robs us of the gratitude and joy which could be experienced in the present moment; the wonder of Life as it is now.
We can see that issues arise when a need to be in control borders on the extreme.  This may not be obvious to us, as we have a tendency to be blinded by our own beliefs and conditioning.
Yet, a certain amount of control is beneficial.  It provides stability and structure.  It forms the basis of positive characteristics like self-discipline, determination, and perseverance.
Combined with flexibility, control gives us the space needed to visualize and create.  A balance between the two helps to keep us motivated, and to achieve goals.
Now, apply these positive benefits of control, taking into account the wellbeing of all species who call Earth their home.
How wonderful, peaceful and harmonious would life on this plane be when we unite in thought, word, and action by respecting and honoring all that makes up “Life”?

Where do we begin?

The only place we have true authority and control… with ourselves.

Being emotionally and mentally balanced and in control is connected to reclaiming your power.

There’s a fine balance to be maintained.

The first place to start is to become mindful of who, or what, you’re paying unnecessary attention to. That’s where you may be inadvertently giving your power away.
Is it the news and media? Social media? Specific groups or organizations with a hidden agenda? Your inbox? Fearful or negative relatives and friends?
How does seeing, reading, and hearing fear-based messages or stories make you feel?
What’s the effect of the same messages or stories on repeat?  Again…  and again…  and again.
Anything that promotes fear and separation from others; and which stirs up extreme emotion (particularly hatred) causes an internal imbalance.  You’re left feeling helpless, out of control, and disempowered.

Instead, reclaim your power.

Your power rests in how you let what is perceived to be beyond your control affect you.

Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Question the sincerity and intent of a message, group or institution. What is the purpose or agenda?  Do the words and actions align to the vision and mission?  Is it to balance and unite, or promote separation?

  • Be mindful of what you welcome into your life.  You have control over what you feel and think; and how you choose to act accordingly.

  • Center yourself. Literally.
Preferably outside, in your closest version of Nature, take your shoes off. With feet flat on the ground, adjust your weight slightly (either by shifting forward or backward), so that you feel equal weight on the heels and balls of your feet. Ensure your knees are not locked, let them be “soft” – with a very slight bend. Your pelvis should be neutral; neither tilted forward nor back. With straight spine, tuck your chin in slightly and relax your shoulders. Relax your arms at your sides. For a moment, just focus on your breath. Notice how much calmer and clearer you feel after only a few minutes.

When you have reclaimed your power, you will calmly and compassionately respond vs. react from ego-based conditioning and fear.

You will then be a cause of welcome change for the benefit of all.

Earth calls for us to reclaim our power, individually and as a species; to maintain harmony within, and to think and act wisely, with love and compassion.
Now is the time.

Make Space for the Unknown

Tanya ~ Psychic Life Coach Medium Mentor at BeyondMind.Space

Feeling in the new. Expect calm and stability; yet be gentle with yourself as it is still a “sensitive” time.
These incoming energies are asking to be accepted and recognized. Make space for them…

Make space for the unknown.

Make space for ways of BEing that have never before been.
It takes true courage to be open to something which is so new; that which is currently not comprehensible by mass consciousness/mind.
Yet, to be open to expand consciousness and allow yourself to be a clear vehicle (body, heart and mind) for these new energies to play out, takes great strength and courage.
It involves taking a step back, keeping an open mind, and listening to the voice of your heart.
For these energies are making themselves known, and are “speaking” through the heart chakra; bypassing the conditioned self (egoic structure of past and future).

The commitment required will be to remain focused…

To not be distracted by messages or structures that are based on egoic fear and greed.
Show compassion for those who are still held by these “structures”, but by no means feel obliged to engage with them. Nor is it necessary to continue to enable them in their “old” way of being.
This means being willing to let go of outdated roles that you have been playing, and that no longer define you.
It is up to us, to stand strong at this “time”, to trust and have faith that…
All is well.
